they just charged my account $30 not authorized notsure what to do

This is fraud!!!  They take ($30.00)of your money out of your checking account. I'm have contacted the FBI to report this and they seem to have a handle on who is doing this and soon is going to get busted!!!

on aug 30 2012 these scammers took 30.00 out of my checking account...i have called them screamed at them turned them into bbb and my bank....they say i can't return your money unless you take a pay day loan out...i am so sick of these people...and i want my money back...i think we need to go after them with a class action lawsuit....i am so pissed right now....

Yes, it's like a horror story.  Deducted $30 from my checking account without my authorization....definitely filing fraudulent claims!

they  did the same thing to me i been fighting them  on phone since july keeps on saying it will be in on thrusday.. and today they said be back in account  by the end of day  no not there  they just hung up on me . we need to stop these  [***] and get our money  back plus the ove draft fess if we have any...

This just happened to me today never even heard of the company tried to log into the website and it does not exist gave me a red flag saying the site was a fake website and was potentially harmful if you have not gotten your money back have your bank try to pull it up and they will see it is a fraudulent transaction. Never spoke with anyone just took ($30.00) from my account.

Same thing just happened to me. They call me incessantly and then steal $30 from me. I'm glad I had the money in my acct! I'm on the phone with my bank now trying to get my money back and file a fraud report. Changing account numbers etc., what a pain. [***].

Not only have they been calling me, they took money out of my account.  $30.00.

This company is nothing but a bunch of thieves they withdrew $30 unauthorized from my account and after 3 calls nothing has been done. The company is never identified when they answer the phone.

They did this to us the other day. Called our bank and we can file a dispute however since it is listed in their terms and conditions it is unlikely that we will get our money returned to us. The thieves offered to send us a $100 gas voucher that can be used at any gas station. Right. I told them that it would be cheaper to just give my $30 back instead. Talked to a supervisor and he basically told me the same thing and then finally he must have gotten tired of listening to me yell and he hung up. My husband called them back and same thing was told to him. There is nothing that they can do to return our money. We threatened a lawyer and still nothing. It is a shame that there are hard working folks out there that once in a blue moon need a little assistance and when they go looking for the best deal, they get the shaft. Never again will we ever attempt to patronize one of these types of places.

I too have bee na victim....They keep telling me I signed for loan and I never did.  They took 30 from my account.  Also now they keep saying they will send me a $100 gas card which I have yet to receive.  It's ridiculous and I am soooo pissed.  I will be calling the cops.

Just happened to me, $30.00 deducted from my account.  I called my bank, they said they will reverse it & return the NSF fee.  They are sending me some documents in the mail & I have to fill them out & return them withn 10 days & they will determine if they will re-deduct the $30.00.  Called the phone # & there was a voice message to call durring business hours.

Hello when you contacted the FBI what number did you call because this is the second time they have done this to me and I am tired of it.

I have contacted them twice now, to get my $30 back. They stated something about a $100 Gas Voucher which will be e-mailed to me. After 30 days I can call back and get my money back for the loan I requested. I keep telling them I never requested a loan, I don't want a loan, I want my $30 back!

this just happen to me and I have not taken out any loans. The removal of the funds was unauthorized. I filed a claim with my bank and they are investigating the matter. I called the number 1866-740-7066 around 10:00am and it said I had called after normal bussiness hours. Most crimes occur after midnight maybe that's there normal bussinesss hours. I will be changing my account # at the bank.
