They did this to me. I called the number, no reply now Ihave to wait until monday to call the number. In the meantime Im calling my bank to start the fraud investigation to gret my money back and Im going to change my account number as I believe I may have opened myself up to these theives as I sad looking for s payday loan so much for secure sites

I found who 866-740-7066.  30.00 taken from aour accounts go to wesite yourloanfunding.com and read the terms and conditions section. It explains the entire shady dealings.

They just did the exact thing to me too. PNC is closed right now but did y'all get your $$ back? They better give me mine (plus the $25 NSF) back!!!

Did the same thing - $30 taken out of my account. I read their terms and conditions and I did not go to their website nor did not provide an esignature to authorize this charge, I am on the phone with them now - waiting for a representative and then got disconnected. Going to file a fraudulent charge with my bank. I am very aware of payday loans and know what I click and don't click.

Same here!! And I have a $36 nsf fee too! I am so pissed...when I called they said they charge for the application fee $30 to distribute our app to the lenders.  I explained it did not say that anywhere and I did not authorize it! I will be calling bank 1st thing!

They just did the exact thing to me and cause me to get a 36$ over draft fee I don't even know this company when you call all you get is a call back during our business hours...its Thursday who not open in a Thursday but I called my back asap and they are now starting a fraudulent investigation

Never authorized anything. Will be at my bank in the AM. Took out $30 without any authorization. What a vicious scam.

$34.00 was taken out of my checking  account for no reason at all and i need  it back in there so i won't get charged a fee

Yep, happened to me too, 30.00 draft.  I can't believe no one has shut these [***] down yet.  They are stealing people's money and prying on people they already know are having financial issues.  WHY ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS!!!!

they also did it to me! every time i call the number disconnects me, they have tried pulling it out twice now! also got nsf! already called the bbb, and they said they have been looking into this compant!

The same thing happened to me. I had no previous contact with this company, as is evident by the fact that they didn't have the correct email address or phone number on record, so there is no way I could have communicated my authorization for the debit.

I was able to reach them at the number provided (866-740-7066) and provided a confirmation #, for the refund I requested. However, I was told it could take 15-20 days. I'm currently in the process of filing a complaint with the FTC.

I also filed a complaint with the BBB (in NY). It appears this company's parent company is Vantage Funding, located in Staten Island, NY.

I had the same thing happen to me!!! I went to use my debit card & it wouldn't go thru! I checked my acct. when I got home & saw this damned $30 check that said it was for my loan!  I did not authorize it nor did I want their damned money!!!!  I never received a call from them.  I called to get my money back & some woman who could barely speak english just kept right on talking thru my rants about wanting my money returned to me ASAP!!! She said I had to fill out an on-line application to get money returned! NO WAY!!!!!! was I going to do this!  I sent an on-line notice/complaint to my bank & one to the Attorney General's office in my state.  You should do the same thing!!!  THIS IS OUTRIGHT FRAUD!!!!!  THEY MUST BE STOPPED & SHUT DOWN!!!

I wonder if this website we're on right now has been set-up by them and our complaints are going nowhere!! And they're just laughing at us!

This just happened to me also, and I called the FBI!!!...They have been trying to track these [***] down for a long time..What I was told is that there are a lot of people living in houses with tons of different numbers and it's hard to catch them cause they're constantly on the move....Unfortunately, the bank processed the check this morning so they now are doing a dispute..I hate these people!!!!..Always trying to scam instead of getting a job.They move into our country and this is what they do..What jerks they are..I hate them all and hope they burn in hell....

The same thing happened to me two weeks ago. I went to check my account and noticed that a check had posted in the amount of $30, I called the company and was told that it takes 10-15 days for the refund to post. Well today is the 15th day and instead of a refund another check posted to my account. Extremely heated with these people. When you try to talk to someone they want to talk over your but I just want my money back NOW.
