    no call from this number but they processed a check through my bank for $30.00 stating it was for loan assistance...disputing with my bank

    This is from www.loanassistanceco.com website for payday loans. The $30 fee is mentioned in their Terms and Conditions and very discretely at the bottom of the page where you enter your bank account info for under "where do you want us to send your cash". It states that "We need to gather your financial data so your lender knows where to send your loan proceeds. We do not store your personal data at HourAdvance, we simply encrypt and transfer your information to your lender. Please double check your bank routing and account numbers to avoid delays. You are almost done, just fill out each section below and click submit." I contacted the 800 number on the electronic check they submitted to my bank after reading their T&C and doing a little homework on Delaware state law (which they say they operate under) and informed them that I was aware of the laws that their site breaks and it's deceptive and misleading manner as well as that I would contact the Attorney General and press charges for the fraudulent activity that caused me to overdraft my bank account. After turning down offers for $100 gas vouchers and the like, I was given a website to go to in order to finalize my cancelation but when entering my info I was told none on file that matched my information so i called back immediately and made them do it themselves. I was provided with a conformation code and told it may take up to 14 days for the refund but I would not accept this either. I was given to a supervisor who expedited my claim and said she would handle the process personally and I should receive my funds within a few days. Called my bank afterwards and informed them that it was fraudulent but should be dealt with and got them to issue a reversal on the overdraft fee. I hope that this information helps you guys out.

    Just noticed the $30 charge myself. Will dispute with my bank tomorrow and see if I can change my acct information. What a crock of s..t that this even happened. Nit very happy at all. I hate people that take advantage of peopke when in need.

    THEY HAVE CHARGED MY ACCOUNT 30.00 AND THEY GAVE MY INFORMATION TO THEIR SISTER COMPANIES  AND THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT 29.95 AND 19.95

    This company also has drafted my acct $30 have to go to my bank to dispute this contacting the attorney general!  This is a huge inconvience also now have to change my cking acct info!  I will make sure this company is closed down and stopped with there fraud activity!

    They did the same thing to me! I contacted them on 7/2. It is now 7/25 and still no refund. They told me 15 business days, and I gave them that, then called last week. They told me no later than Tuesday (yesterday). It still has not been done. I called again today and told them that I wanted to speak to a supervisor. After being on hold for 45 minutes, they finally got a "supervisor" on the phone who said it would be 3-5 MORE business days. They are ridiculous.

    This place took money from my account too, however I have not applied for any loans recently, with the exeption of a home loan, but I dont think that a  mortgage broker would sell that informato. Website is unavailable, cant believe they can just go into your account without permission!!!

    yea i call they gave me a website it didnt come up they went into my bank account and took 30 dollars now my account its over drawn i cant get my money back now i owe money to my bank account now i cant believe they would do that you dont get no money from them

    All the same here, they are side stepping me on paying the 30 dollars back to my account that has been overdrawn. bank acct frozen and opened a new one and under investigation. I have been assured that legal action could take place if i would like to. All i have to say is be VERY firm and Assertive with this fraud loan company and do not back down while speaking with them and they will break and supposedly try to reverse the check, Hopefully your bank is good enough to fully investigate the company and return your money as well. Will post more upon further knowledge soon. Good luck!

    just saw a $30 withdraw and overdraft fee fom this place. already filed against this company with the federal trade commission and changed my account. Now they found my new account! my bank is being good about crediting me back amounts, but now I have to change my account again! it is a pain when we have everything direct deposit and bills on auto pay.

    You need to find another bank Sounds like your bank is the pits Most banks will grant a refund on fraudulent charges after they investigate the claim My bank refunded an illegal charge right away but was pending until they were satisfied that it was fraudulent (3 or 4 days)

    I have been trying to get the refund from this company for well over a month and get nothing but the runaround. I've argued with supervisor after supervisor and get no where...they originally said 15 business days. After the 15 business days and it's still not there they keep telling you another 3-5 days. My bank will not refund unless my account is closed out and fraud report is taken. So much hassle....
