- Kim| 2 repliesThey took money out of my checking account without me authorizing it. Fraud, Fraud, Fraud!!!! My bank is doing a full investigation on this company. Every time I call I get disconnected.
- Randy| 2 repliesFRAUD! I called and got disconnected and finally talked to a lady Meg Ryan... (Very suspicious name is it not.) She was going to process my online application for A PAYDAY LOAN. I had not applied for one. She told me the exact date I applied and they had send me an email. No email unless it went to junk folder and i deleted it.
She would only give her name the company name of Pacific Advances and they are located at 2780 South Jones Blvd suite 3675 in Las Vegas. I did a search and there is NO company by that name near that address.
She would not tell me her supervisor or the owner of the company.
She asked me what to do with the account and I told her I had not ever created an accout with their company and to delete it and refund my money. She said it would be up to 15 days to process the refund.
My bank is currently investigating for fraud.- Caller: Payday Loan Processing

- LeticiaThis company not only called me, but took $30.00 from my account without authorization. When I called them back, I spoke to a woman who sounded Asian (though I could be wrong), and I could barely understand her. When I told her that I did not authorize this withdrawal, she said she would give me a website to go on to complete a payday loan application and that if I was not approved, the company would return my $30. I told her I did not want the loan, nor had I requested their loan-matching services. She insisted I take down the website info. When I refused, she incessantly repeated herself about me applying for a loan. I asked her what part of what I had said to her had she not understood? I then proceeded to tell her that I insisted on speaking to a manager. Really funny, she said - very quickly, "There is no manager, I have deleted your information from our computer, and you will no longer be contacted." She then hung up on me. That's nice. I have since written them a letter requesting my funds be refunded or I will have an attorney contact them. Will wait for response and follow up....

- Meg H.This company charged my account for $30.00 without my permission.
I called them and Amanda stated that it was a service fee for a loan. I asked for my account information which was not provided.
She said she would "cancel" my account, and gave me a cancellation number. I suspect this number was fake, because it was just the date backwards: 2102919.
The representative stated that they are a company in Las Vegas, Nevada.
I will be forwarding this complaint to the FTC, the Better Business Bureau and the Nevada Attorney General's office.- Caller: Pacific Advances

- michael whiteok here is the deal. i also was just hit buy these idiots and after talking with the fbi, secret service here are a few tips to follow. being they have your account info, and most likely identity as well do what i did. file a report with the local police, print out all documents you have even this forum. call all 3 credit reporting agencies and have a 90 day fraud alert put on your credit report. this will make it hard for them to open any accounts, loans etc under your name and info. i happen to be a little deeper in this. both identity and financial info has been compromised.

- jxnfarrierThis company has been a problem for our business. Many people somehow have ended up calling our number complaining about the same things as everyone has posted on here. But most people are confused when we try to explain the number they called is to our company and not the one causing the problem.
Hopefully it gets taken care of soon... - richardthese people took money out of my account without my authorization and i saw it as a scam right away after checking my account

- LarryI also had 30.00 dollars taken out of my account. I called and talked to ome forein gentleman that I could not understand. I told him that I wanted the money put back in my account or else they would hear from my lawyer. The gentleman kept insisting that I applied for a loan. Waiting to see what happens.
- amyThis company made a computer made check, with all of my routing numbers and electronically took the money out of my account. mind you I don't even have checks, you would think that this would raise a red flag with my bank. Have also got fbi, police and fraud charges being made against these people. ****WATCH YOUR ACCOUNTS CLOSELY****

- CoopThis company has taken $30 out of my account 3 different times. I don't know how to stop it. I've called the number several times and get the run around each time. On one ocassion, I was told I would get a refund, it's been a month and that still hasn't happened. I've been working with my bank, and had my account number changed, and they still managed to get another $30.00 I am notifying the local police authorities as well as the Nevada Authorities to try and get this resolved.
Each time the draft is drawn on the company "Check Process" once from Pacifica Advance, then from fastloansfast.com, and then from EPay Process.
We need to stop these People- Caller: Check Process
